Wellness Class Offerings


Desk Stretch/Office Yoga

Provide a few minutes of respite from your employee’s work day with this “Desk Stretch” class. Relaxed employees are proven to be move productive.

We will teach principles behind a new stretching technique that will bring greater effectiveness to all the basic stretches you already know. You will learn a simple sequence you can use at your desk whether you have 2 minutes or 20 minutes. Show up eager, leave refreshed!

Living a Balanced Life

This course is a journey into Conscious Living through introduction and application of wholistic principles. It will include experiences for integration of Body Mind Emotions and Spirit. Experiences will include body centered awareness activities such as, Desk Stretch/Office Yoga & and an introduction to the simple “Joy through Movement” of Tai Chi & Qi Gong. You will learn the stress relieving technique of guided imagery that you can use at home. This class will help you create a wholeness of self that you can apply for years to come.

Self Care For Hands and Arms

Employees will learn a technique for self treatment of hands and arms in which massage is combined with Active Isolated Stretching. This self-care technique is key to treatment and prevention of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome a managing the conditions of repetitive use that can lead to it.

Key basics to understanding the self-treatment that are taught are: anatomy of hands and forearms and the simple theory behind Active Isolated Stretching a proven effective technique for injury management and prevention.

This class can be taught in a pre-shift 20-30 minute format or a 60-minute class. The expanded version allows more time for individual questions and stretches for other areas.
