Muscle Release Technique tm

A unique injury therapy that combines compression, extension, movement, and breath to give the therapist a tool to provide, in many cases, relief from pain in one treatment. With the Muscle Release TechniqueSM scar tissue is broken up, the muscle is lengthened, muscle memory is restored and relief from pain starts immediately.

Deep Tissue

Releases the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the contracted areas, either following or going across the grain of muscles, tendons and fascia. It is called deep tissue, because it also focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue.

Neuromuscular Therapy

Works very specifically with each muscle from one attachment site to the other (origin and insertion on the bone) and across the belly and length of the muscle to release areas of tension and pain. Sometimes for one muscle to be accessed it is necessary to palpate beneath another muscle. Neuromuscular training is specific in this way. With attention to these details of a muscle’s structure you can access areas that frequently aren’t touched in other types of massage and increase circulation to the muscle thereby alleviating pain.

Trigger Point Therapy

The Bars™

The Bars are 32 points on your head that when touched create a bar of energy that dissipates the electromagnetic buildup of all the thoughts, ideas, attitudes, decisions and beliefs that you have ever had about anything. By running energy through these "Bars" the electromagnetic charge is released. Releasing stuck energy is like deleting old files off your computer bank. You have more space to create something new and wonderful!

Receiving The Bars™ is a simple, non-invasive, energy process where a Certified Bars Practitioner lightly touches 32 key points on your head to release the electromagnetic charge that holds the beliefs, decisions, judgments and considerations from any and all life times. Receiving this incredibly dynamic process (having your Bars run) leaves you feeling refreshed and relaxed and it can also change your life.

**In all cases, a pregnant or post-pregnant woman should always ask their doctor if massage therapy is recommended before seeking a massage therapist.
